This is a licensed, mandatory CE class covering all aspects of inspecting the exterior of a home. You will be guided through a series of photos that describe what is seen on the exterior of a home and also what problems often occur. At the conclusion will be a test requiring a 70% passing grade to receive your 3 CE credits from the State.
