As of 2020, the State of Illinois requires all home inspectors pass a Sexual Harassment Prevention class in order to renew their licenses. The State does not permit 1 hour CE classes, therefore this class is coupled with a 3 hour elective, The Thorough Inspection. The student will earn 4 CE hours with the completion of this class and meet the new State requirement for Sexual Harassment Prevention.
